We
have a
strong
Mission
Our Mission is to provide community and comfort for children with life threatening diseases and any family faced with the unimaginable loss of a child.
- Our marquee project is the distribution of a children’s book, “If Teddy Could Talk” written by founder Gina Morgan, along with a treasure chest that includes a teddy bear and memory making supplies. The book is designed to create a safe way to have sensitive conversations while also inspiring hope and encouraging dreams.
- We provide tools and opportunities for families with terminally ill children to proactively connect, communicate, and create opportunities for building memories.
- We provide community, support, and resources to any parent who has faced the unimaginable loss of a child (focus is placed on loss of a child from conception through young adult, but may be applied to any age group).
- We provide tools, publications, exercises, workshops, and a variety of online resources to educate the public on the many faces of grief and how to support those who have experienced profound loss.
